After renting for a year and getting familiar with the island we decided to purchase a home for our growing family in Manoa valley. Old homes often come with many surprises and what you might walk away from in central Ohio may be a gem in this market. The inspection process revealed many hidden surprises and due diligence needed to happen in short order. Charles and Neal had every imaginable professional (electricians, engineers, architects, plumbers) on speed dial and out to evaluate and provide estimates on each of the item of concern. No task was too small. Charles even threw on a set of overalls, gloves, and headlamp to provide me with a guided tour of a foundation with a remote history of termite damage.
Constant and open communication continued throughout the process. Challenges with each step of the process were either predicted and countered in advance or when discovered were quickly addressed.
